About Me
Hello! I’m Kim Conn, a 200hr RYT-certified yoga instructor. Whether you're a beginner, busy professional, or someone seeking a deeper connection with your body, my goal is to provide a welcoming, supportive space to explore yoga’s transformative benefits.
My own yoga journey began after discovering the relief it brought me from aches and pains that came with age, sparking a passion to share the many benefits of yoga with others.

Specialized Experience
Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of teaching diverse populations in various settings, including wellness studios, hotels, fitness clubs, and corporate environments. Whether it's private lessons tailored to individual goals or organizing wellness events like Aerie Offline Activewear’s “Sweat + Shop” or resident events at The Thompson Dallas Hotel, I aim to create an inclusive, inspiring atmosphere for all.
I’m also deeply committed to making yoga accessible to all, designing custom programs for specific needs, such as my collaboration with plastic surgeons for patients recovering from breast augmentation surgery.
Beyond the Mat
Yoga is not just something I teach; it’s a lifestyle I embrace. Outside of class, I love to travel, cook, and dive into psychology and personal development literature. I’m always up for a challenge—whether that’s exploring new yoga practices, jumping into a cold plunge, or getting creative with new events and collaborations.

Teaching Approach
With a foundation in Vinyasa and Hatha styles, my classes are designed to be accessible to all level practitioners. I believe yoga is not just about the physical poses but about fostering a deeper connection between the mind, body, and breath; often referring to yoga as “movement meditation.”
In my classes, I emphasize proper alignment and breath, guiding you through mindful movements that build strength, flexibility, and mental clarity. I blend empowering motivation with strength-building holds, ensuring each session leaves you feeling rejuvenated and grounded.
