Satya Yoga | Small Group Workshop
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have been practicing for years, this small-group workshop is designed to help you better understand your practice and build confidence through alignment, breath, props, and intentional movement.
We’ll slow down the poses and movements you encounter most often in yoga classes, break down common cues, explore modifications and props, and create a stronger foundation for a practice that feels more confident, comfortable, and sustainable.
-- “This class is a must-attend for yogis of any level. Whether this is your first yoga class or you’ve been practicing for years, you’ll leave with a stronger understanding of yoga poses and more confidence in your own practice.”
It’s about understanding why we move the way we do.
You’ll have the opportunity to slow down, ask questions, experiment with different approaches, and discover those little “aha!” moments that can change the way you experience your practice.
We’ll explore:
-- “This felt like a private lesson.”
This workshop is intentionally kept small and interactive, so you’re not just following along with a teacher at the front of the room.
You’ll have space to ask questions, receive individual feedback, and actually experience the difference that small adjustments can make.
-- “The informal, interactive format allowed me to learn, ask and experience the movements while focusing on proper technique. That made a significant difference.”
And if you’ve been practicing for a while, you’re absolutely welcome here.
Foundations aren’t only for beginners. Sometimes the poses we’ve practiced the longest are the ones we’ve never had the opportunity to truly slow down and understand.
-- “I’ve been practicing yoga for a while, and I still learned things I had never thought about before.”
Maybe it’s finally understanding where your shoulders should stop in Chaturanga.
Maybe it’s discovering how your breath changes the way you move.
Maybe it’s learning how a prop can completely change your experience of a pose.
Or maybe it’s simply walking into your next yoga class feeling a little less intimidated and a lot more confident.
-- “Your detailed explanation of Chaturanga really clicked with me. I realized all this time I had been engaging incorrectly, and your explanation and guidance helped me correct that.”
2 hours of approachable, hands-on instruction designed to help you understand your practice on a deeper level.
