All-Level Vinyasa
Move fluidly through a vinyasa class, connecting breath to movement. This class is designed to increase energy, improve focus, and reduce stress for practitioners of all levels.
Beginner Flow:
Focus on connecting breath to movement, proper alignment, and foundational poses in a vinyasa-style class. Newer practitioners will learn cues and see demonstrations of all asanas (poses), while seasoned practitioners can fine-tune their alignment in foundational postures.
Deep Stretch/Yin:
Relieve tension and soften the body with this collection of deep stretches I personally use in my practice. These classes are designed to calm the mind, open the muscles, and relax the body.
Slow Flow/Hatha:
A relaxing vinyasa flow designed to connect mind, body, and breath. Experience the strength-building benefits of Hatha Yoga with longer holds in poses, ending with deep stretches and a soothing savasana. Class names: Root. Hatha. Slow Flow
Balanced Being Yoga:
Tu 6:30AM | W 9:30 AM | Fri 9:30AM
Lifetime Athletic:
Tu 7PM | Th 6AM | Sat 11:30AM
