I offer a range of vinyasa based classes and welcome students of all levels to join me on the mat. The classes I offer are about taking a moment to be present with ourselves, nourish the body with our breath, and to explore the energetic effects yoga can have on us - both on and off the mat. In my teaching I often refer to yoga as a form of “Movement Meditation. A way to connect mind, body and breath."
CLASS FORMATS + DESCRIPTION:
"All Level Vinyasa" is focused on fluid dynamic movement designed to develop strength, flexibility, endurance throughout the practice.
"Slow Flow" will provide you a short breathing exercise aimed to calm the nervous system, followed by a slow vinyasa. Ending class with deep stretches before savasana.
"Beginner Flow" is great for anyone looking to focus on the fundamental poses in a vinyasa class. Instructed with cues and demonstrations for each pose.
"Deep Stretch" are great from stress relief and are designed to help release tension in the body, calm the mind, and relax the muscles.
